GLADEN AERO FLEX was specially developed for applications that require high damping performance and adaptability.
Its combination of 2.0 mm butyl and 0.1 mm aluminum foil effectively reduces sheet metal vibrations and resonances, even on heavily contoured body surfaces.

Compared to traditional damping materials, Aero Flex stands out thanks to its high flexibility.
This makes it easy to apply to curved, uneven, or hard-to-reach areas without losing effectiveness.

AERO FLEX is ideal for all areas of the vehicle where structural damping is required, but where traditional materials are limited in formability.
As part of the GLADEN AERO-DAMPING system, AERO FLEX complements AERO BUTYL and AERO MULTI wherever adaptability is a priority.

Properties:

• Aluminum: 0.1 mm; butyl: 2 mm.

• It is self-adhesive, dimensionally stable, and easy to apply.
