A fully completed RMA form must be included with every return. Returns submitted without an RMA form or without all required information cannot be processed immediately and may result in significant delays.
The assigned RMA number must be clearly marked on the outer shipping box. Do not write on, label, or otherwise damage the product’s original packaging.
All products must be packed securely for shipping. We are not responsible for damage caused by inadequate or unsuitable packaging.
Products returned for credit must be complete. Missing or damaged items, such as the original packaging, connection cables, plugs, or other included accessories, may reduce the amount of the credit accordingly.
Inspection, Repair Estimate, and Repair
A net fee of €35.00, plus applicable VAT, will be charged for the technical inspection and preparation of a repair estimate.
This fee applies if:
- the product is returned unrepaired at the sender’s request;
- no fault is found during the technical inspection and, as a result, the repair is not covered by a manufacturer’s warranty or statutory consumer rights. This also applies if the product was originally submitted as a warranty claim.
The fee does not apply if:
- the repair is covered under an approved manufacturer’s warranty or applicable statutory consumer rights;
- a billable repair is performed;
- the sender authorizes disposal of the product after inspection.
By submitting the product, the sender automatically authorizes a billable repair if the total repair cost does not exceed the net inspection and repair estimate fee of €35.00. In this case, the repair will be completed without prior approval, and the inspection and repair estimate fee will not be charged in addition to the repair cost.
If the estimated repair cost exceeds €35.00 net, the repair will only be performed after the repair estimate has been approved.
If unforeseen secondary faults or additional damage are discovered during the repair, the final repair cost may exceed the approved estimate by up to 20 percent. If the additional cost would result in an increase of more than 20 percent, we will request renewed approval before continuing with the repair.
