Gladen Europe GmbH is the manufacturer of GLADEN and SOUNDUP branded products within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2023/988 on general product safety. Gladen Europe GmbH distributes MOSCONI products and receives reports concerning their safety.

Reporting a safety issue

Please provide the following information where possible:

• Product name and item number
• Batch number (LOT) or serial number, if available; please check the markings on the product and its packaging
• Retailer and date of purchase
• A description of the safety issue or incident, with photos if possible

You can report a safety issue even if some details are unavailable. We review every report and will get back to you.

If you suspect a hazard, stop using the product. Do not resume use until it has been established that the product can be used safely.
