Overview Mosconi Pro 2|10

The Mosconi Pro 2|10 amplifier is a classic 2 channel Class AB amplifier. Equipped with active crossovers, autosense function as well as a remote level control input, it is very versatile.

  • DDSP - Direct DSP (bypassing all preamplifier circuits)
  • High Level / Low Level selectable input
  • Autosense (only in BTL mode)
  • RTC - Allows volume regulation by remote control (optional)
  • Power supply and temperature management controlled by microprocessor

Safety information

  • Observe the operating voltage: depending on the version, the unit is designed for 12 V or 24 V (see type plate and technical data). Operation at any other voltage damages the unit.
  • Ensure adequate ventilation. Do not cover the unit or install it under carpet, damping material or cargo. The housing can get hot during operation.
  • Choose the fuse rating by cable cross-section, not by amplifier power. Main fuse no more than 40 cm from the battery positive terminal.
  • Speaker impedance and bridged operation only as stated in the manual. Too low an impedance overloads the unit.
  • Screw the unit down firmly; do not fix it with hook-and-loop tape or cable ties alone.
  • Installation by qualified persons only. Disconnect the battery as specified by the vehicle manufacturer before starting work.
  • Do not mount in airbag deployment zones, in the driver's field of view or above the footwell or pedals.
  • Do not work on high-voltage systems of hybrid and electric vehicles. Do not touch orange cables.
  • For dry interiors of road vehicles only. Not for marine, trailer, outdoor or wet-area use.
  • High volume can permanently damage your hearing and mask warning signals, sirens and announcements.
  • Units with DSP: make adjustments only while the vehicle is stationary. Afterwards check that warning signals, parking aids and announcements remain audible. Update firmware only with the file released for the model and not with a weak battery.
